Building your site is free. If you decide to go live, it is $199 per month. There is no setup fee and no contract. ### Do you really build the site before I pay? Yes. After a 15-minute call, we build your complete website at no charge, and we do not ask for a card. You see the finished site first. If you go live, it is $199 per month. If not, you owe nothing. ### What if I see the site and do not want it? Then you pay nothing. We do not follow up with a sales push. ### What does $199 a month include? A custom site of up to 10 pages, all the writing, hosting, security and updates. It also includes monthly search and AI visibility work, unlimited small edits and a monthly report. ### What is not included? Your domain name, which you register in your own name (about $10 to $20 a year). Google Business Profile management and paid ads are not part of the plan. Sites larger than 10 pages get a separate quote. ### Is there a contract? No. There is no setup fee and no contract. You can cancel with [OWNER TO CONFIRM notice period] notice. ### Who owns the site and the content? Your domain is registered in your name. Your words, photos, drawings and logo stay yours. If you cancel, the site comes down, and we give you all of your content. ### What happens to my domain if I cancel? It stays yours. You can point it at any other website. ### How do I start? Book a free 15-minute call. Tell us what you make and the work you want more of. Then we build the site and show it to you. ### How much work do you need from me? The 15-minute call, then about 20 to 30 minutes to review the site and send changes. We write the copy. Photos, drawings and equipment lists help, but you can send them later. ### How long until I see my site? We show you the finished site within [OWNER TO CONFIRM preview time] of our call. ### I already have a website. Will the switch break anything? No. We build the new site while your current site stays live. At launch, we redirect your old page addresses, so links and search listings keep working. ### Will my business email keep working? Yes. We change only the settings that point your web address to the new site. Your email settings do not change. ### What do SEO, AEO and GEO mean? SEO (search engine optimization) helps you rank on Google and Maps. AEO (answer engine optimization) helps Google quote your answers. GEO (generative engine optimization) helps AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini describe and recommend you. ### How do you know what AI assistants say about my company? We ask AI assistants the questions your buyers ask, and we record which suppliers they name. Then we write the pages that fill the gaps. Your monthly report shows the change. ### Can you guarantee a first-page ranking? No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or AI recommendations. We control speed, content and the data that search tools read, and we improve them every month. ### How long until I see results? Your site launches within [OWNER TO CONFIRM launch time] of your approval. Search visibility builds after that, often over a few months. ### How will I know it is working? You get a short monthly report in plain English. It shows visits, how people found you, form requests, your Google Maps ranks and which AI answers name you. ### Can you write about ITAR, AS9100 or tight tolerances correctly? Yes. We use your exact technical terms. Every credential and claim goes on the site only after you confirm it in writing. We write ITAR registration, never ITAR certification. ### Do you need our controlled technical data? No. We publish only public information that you approve. Do not send us controlled technical data. A marketing site does not need it. ### How fast are your sites? We test every build before launch and keep PageSpeed at 90 or higher on mobile and desktop. Our example sites scored 94 to 99 on mobile Lighthouse tests on staging in October 2026. ### What counts as a small edit? New equipment, photos, wording, a new certification or new hours. Most are done within 2 business days. New pages count toward your 10-page limit. ### Who do I contact if something breaks? Email steve@torqueandorbit.com or call [OWNER TO CONFIRM phone]. We fix site problems before other work.
